Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased or received from kee-ka.com are returnable or exchangeable within 30 days of purchase/receipt as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. Upon approval of your return we will issue you store credit or a refund. Shipping cost on returned items is not refundable.

Damaged items must be reported within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH A RETAILER. PLEASE CONTACT THE RETAILER FOR THEIR RETURN POLICY.

A Return Authorization # (RA) must be obtained from Kee-Ka. Returns without an RA number cannot be processed. Please call 718-302-9665 x2 or email onlineorders@kee-ka.com for Return Authorization.

Also, complete our return/exchange form, noting RA #, and include it with your return. Click here to download the return form.

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Kee-Ka is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
